1 1/2 cups light coconut milk
1 1/2 cups unsweetened plain almond milk
1 1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
1/4 tsp saunth (ginger)
1 whole cinnamon stick (daal chini)
1 tbsp Amrutam ghee
1 pinch ground black pepper (kaali mirch)
Sweetener, as per choice (i.e. maple syrup, coconut sugar, or stevia to taste)
In a small saucepan, add coconut milk, almond milk, ground turmeric, ground ginger, cinnamon stick, Amrutam ghee, black pepper, and sweetener.
Cook over medium heat to combine the ingredients while whisking.
Adjust the flavor as per requirement.
You can store it and keep it in the refrigerator for 2-3 days for future consumption.
