2 1/2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
1 finely chopped medium capsicum
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
1/2 cup grated cheese
4 bread slices
Steps to spill the beans:
Take a non-stick pan, place it over medium flame and heat Amrutam desi ghee in it. Then, add capsicum and fry for 1-2 minutes.
Add baked beans with ketchup, oregano, and chili flakes. Mix them together and cook for about 2-3 minutes.
Toast the bread slices then and pour the prepared baked beans on over them.
Garnish with grated cheese or chopped coriander leaves over each slice and serve hot!
To substitute the baked beans cooked in ketchup, you can use the canned beans already mixed with tomato puree.
