Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Grease pan with a little bit of Amrutamghee and flour and keep it aside.
Take yoghurt and baking soda in a bowl, whisk it together.
Add milk, sugar, and mix it well.
Add Amrutam ghee and mix it well to make the base layer.
Add vanilla and mix it.
Add the all purpose flour and baking powder and fold gently,
Pour into the cake pan and bake for 30 to 40 mins.
Insert a toothpick to check whether it comes out clear.
Now, remove the cake from oven and all it to cool completely before slicing.
You can now have the mouth-watering ghee cake without worrying about weight gain or feeling too guilty.
